New technologies, social media, and “cloud-like” environments have made ‘meeting’ new people instantaneous and lowered the barrier of distance and geography.
Our messages can be quickly spread via LinkedIn, blog posts, collecting “likes” and “retweets”. It seems, as a society, we are always looking for the “SEND” button.
Deep in the core values shared at SMS-oncology, we know that nothing can replace a meeting in person, and value is created through personal interaction and discussion.
We are focused on making appointments at your office or at conferences to meet face-to-face. Direct interactions lead to a better understanding on how we can assist you to succeed by adding value to your oncology drug development programs. In general, sponsors are highly impressed with our expertise and provide positive feedback.
For instance, we like attending Bio-Europe and ECCP (European Cancer Cluster & Partnering) as these events serve as a place where we meet Sponsors, discuss their needs and explore the potential for collaboration. At these events we meet small-medium biotech and mid-sized pharma companies engaged in early stage clinical development of oncology therapeutics that need our services.
In addition, we proactively reach out to you and build our relationship throughout the year, culminating in face-to-face meetings at your offices and/or at oncology specific events such as AACR, ASCO, ESMO and CIMT.
